 I love 'upcycling' clothing and making old things feel new again. It makes me feel like some sort of clothing wizard... adding details that really elevate, giving that/the piece its magic back. While doing some online shopping for my birthday recently I noticed all sorts of distressed denim EVERYWHERE! I've being wanting to try out the 'boyfriend fit' jean for awhile now so I figured if I was able to find a pair of looser fitting vintage jeans I could distress them myself and make a tutorial to inspire others to do the same. As much as I would like to spend $50-100 on designer jeans, it's just not in my budget... but I was able to find the perfect pair at a thrift store for $6!
